Do we need to change our dispatch software?

Not necessarily. We can scope an AI booking integration around your existing provider. We first check API access, permissions and supported booking features. If you want a fresh start, we can discuss a bespoke combined platform.

Will the AI use our own prices?

That is the approach: quotes should come from your approved tariffs or the pricing service in your dispatch system. We agree how vehicle types, airport charges, waiting and other extras are handled during setup.

What happens when a caller needs a person?

We design a handover path with your team, including which situations need a controller and what happens outside staffed hours. Details already collected should travel with the handover.

Can passengers pay online?

Online payment can be included using a secure checkout link. We agree your deposit or prepayment rules and connect payment status to the booking workflow. Card details do not need to be spoken to the AI.
